History of Etehad Tehran Paint Company
Tehran Union Paint Company is rooted in originality and innovation. We started our activity on November 16, 1982 in Shahr-e-Rey, Tehran, and from the very beginning, our goal has been to provide the highest quality in the field of supply, production and distribution of paint materials and related products. The founder of this complex, Haj Abbas Sahranarv, with a vision and commitment to national production, laid the foundation stone of a company that today, after more than four decades, is still based on the trust of customers.
In the early years, with a small capital of 6 million rials, we firmly determined to serve the industry and prosperity of our beloved country. As time passed and the demand for quality products increased, we have always strived to develop and upgrade our capacities. These efforts led to the transfer of the factory to a larger and more modern space in Qods City, Tehran, with an area of 1,000 meters. This relocation is an important step towards increasing production, improving quality and providing better services to our customers.
In addition to producing a wide range of paint products, Etihad Tehran Paint Company is also active in the import and export of all authorized commercial goods. This allows us to offer products in accordance with international standards to the market by utilizing the best raw materials and modern technologies in the world.

The “Sam” brand, with a new and dynamic approach, entered the paint industry in 2016. This brand, which was introduced to the market after the passing of the late Haj Abbas Sahranarv, under the capable management of his sons, Majid and Saeed Sahranarv, has brought with it a legacy of quality and commitment.
“Sam” focuses on producing a wide range of paint products, including high-quality and durable construction paints, industrial and specialized paints for various uses, traffic paints with exemplary safety and durability, as well as a variety of compatible solvents, and strives to meet the diverse needs of customers and various industries.
